The frozen mojito is recommend. The Waga sliders were delicious and what they do to it is put onions and a special jam, perfect blend of sweet and salty. The bun was soft with hint of what I think is corn was delicious altogether. I'm not sure the name of the jam but it sure made a difference and has this burger fighting for my top three. The only thing worth mentioning is the price to size ratio. It is a bit pricey. But hey it's the ritz. And was worth it! The staff, the waiter, everybody was perfect

The food is pricey but that's to be expected when eating at the resort. I ordered the mahi burger while my husband had the Kobe sliders. I tried his sliders & they were delicious! My mahi was okay but my husband loved it. Get sweet potatoes fries instead of regular fries. Next to the beach, can't complain.

Was there last week. Fantastic fun beach bar. Had the foie gras burger sliders and a Bass ale. Staff was alert and quick even on such a hot day Foie gras burger sliders prepared perfectly. French fries were fresh and hot. Great service, lovely day!

If it was not for the slowest and least responsive quality of service and oh...THE SLOWEST AND LEAST RESPONSIVE SERVICE EVER - This place would be a gem! #theritzcarlton get your act together. Train the staff and get a real manager. I do highly recommend for Sunday's. There is an amazing DJ. We go almost monthly. But be prepared for a horrible dining experience, forgotten orders, no busing if tables and did I mention slow service?

Good solid beach food. Small menu - with more emphasis on drinks. I like to Open air dining, but wish they had fans of some sort to cool down the dining area. I had the Buffalo Burger which was well cooked, generously topped with blue cheese and an also generous portion of bacon. Service was also fast! Dessert selection was small - i had the pistachio parfait which took forever to come out - but was very good overall.

Would you get chicken at a burger place? Definitely NOT! Dune is located beachside as a part of the Ritz Carlton hotel. Their sliders were awesome and the outdoor beachside view with the white tablecloth service speaks for itself. Their staff went out the way to be accommodating even though I ordered a small lunch and sat by myself. If you're staying at the hotel or you're in the area and are looking for a relaxing outdoor place to eat I would highly recommend.

Went on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. There was a DJ spinning. Nice atmosphere. Relaxing, comfortable even with a 3 yr old. Burger was pretty good but very pricey but I guess that's to be expected at the Ritz. The best thing there: frozen mojito. Amazing!!!!

Best burgers in town, plus you are barefoot in the sand & with view to the ocean. Sunday afternoons they have DJ.

Another amazing view at Dune! There are a few salad and burger options. I opted to have the green salad with grilled mahi mahi. It was pretty good; it didn't blow me away. However, it was a nice refreshing meal and the portions are very generous. My friend had the lamb burger wrapped in lettuce and she declared it tasty. I did have a bite and it seemed pretty good. The sangria was delicious and they get extra points for presentation. Great service at the bar and at a table.

The best burgers in Key Biscayne. Try the frozen Mojito and the Shrimp Cocktail. Everything looks and taste amazing. Great place to hang out and people watch oceanfront. Can't wait to go back.

We dined here while staying at the Ritz thoroughly enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and wonderful location. I will say the location alone would be worthy of 5 stars! Ambiance: The Dunes is a causal outdoor restaurant located steps away from the beach. There are various seating options - from comfy couches to regular tables - which allow for a great experience regardless of the occasion. There was a DJ playing house music that added to the laid back atmosphere and provided a great soundtrack for enjoying a light dinner and drinks. I would imagine this place must be quite popular during "peak" season. Service: The service was great. Our waiter came by frequently and was very helpful and friendly. Food: The menu somewhat limited with the primary focus being their burgers. There are 2 somewhat "weak" salad options so I would not consider this to be a very vegetarian friendly option, especially since there was no note stating they would prepare a veggie-burger on request. The burgers were extremely good though and tasted amazing. We had a hard time deciding what to order! I wouldn't say that the burgers are huge (they are tall though with all the toppings!) but are certainly an ample portion. The fries were hot and fresh but I wouldn't say they were anything special. Prices: Expect to pay at least $20 for a burger and fries here. Certainly not for the budget conscious!

Josh and Geno make this place happen. Extremely helpful and courteous. Got me omelettes that weren't on their menu. I went three days in a row. The food was good, well portioned and very healthy. Would highly recommend stopping in while you are at the Ritz!

The Dunes at the Ritz on Key Biscayne is one of my favorite places to spend Sunday Funday. One of Key Biscayne's best kept secrets, The Dunes is a fab burger bar with plush white couches, amazing bar tenders, and chill house music. The burgers are delicious and enormous (they better be for the price tag they are sporting). I always get the turkey burger with brie which is so juicy. The fries are amazing...I don't know what oil the fries are cooked in, but they are to die for. Also, the manchego cheese appetizer is really good. If you sit at the bar and don't want to spend money on food, the bar tenders will bring you flat bread with some sort of tomato dip and olives. Very yummy. Enough about food, onto the drinks. Every single drink that I have ever had at The Dunes has been phenomenal. My personal favorites include the frozen blueberry mojito, the super spicy michalado, and the pina coladas. The Dunes has a great selection of beers for all the beer drinkers out there. If there is a drink that you want that is not listed on the menu, I guarantee that Tony or Mario (2 of the bar tenders) will know how to make it. The service is the best (it is a Ritz so it should be top notch). My boyfriend is a vegetarian, and while there are no veggie burgers on the menu, the chef was able to make him one of the most delicious veggie burgers that he ever had. Besides the food and drinks being amazing, the atmosphere is killer. The Dunes is right on the beach and has the perfect SoBe vibe without being in SoBe. On Sundays starting around 3, they have a DJ spinning house music. Every time I have guests in town, I always bring them to The Dunes, and every time my guests always say "I cannot believe this is how you spend your Sundays!" The Dunes really makes you feel like you are on vacation even if you are not. Overall, The Dunes has great food and drinks, but it is very expensive (I'm talking $16-$20 for a burger); however, taking into account the experience, I think it is well worth the price tag. The Dunes is not as wild as SoBe (although I did see Brooke Hogan at The Dunes haha). You will definitely see families with children eating at the plush white couches. I prefer to spend my Sundays doing something like this as opposed to going to Nikki's Beach. The Dunes is definitely worth the toll and the drive over the bridge.

The burgers were good but none were great. The setting is beautiful, it is too bad that there aren't more locations like this in South Florida. The prices are outrageous, even for a Ritz.
